Rule #1
Build wide for wealth. Build deep for security.
Rule #2
Sponsor leaders on your frontline / 1st Level.
Rule #3
Sponsor relatives, very close friends or people in a
very small geographical area (small town) vertically.
One underneath the other in the same line. This is so
they can work together and benefit.
Rule #4
Try to focus on two or three lines until you have at
least two leaders in that line working on it. With this
compensation plan you are allowed to sponsor on any
level in your organization. Sometimes you may want to
sponsor customers or distributors underneath someone who
is just gaining momentum. This will jump start things
and help sustain the growth. These are strategic
decisions. Counsel with your upline before making a
move.
Rule #5
Sponsor 3 distributors. Then help them each sponsor 3
distributors. Continue helping those 3 lines until there
are at least 2 leaders in each line and they are doing
their own 1 on 1’s and home meetings. This process will
take 4 to 6 weeks. See chart.
Rule #6
When those 3 lines are working strong. Start another 3
lines and work with them the same way. Continue the
process until you have 6 to 8 lines that run deep. Try
to work with the lowest level leaders in each line in
order to get the organization penetrating 9 levels.
Rule #7
When there are leaders on top of leaders, and your
organization is touching the 9th level, you may want to
develop another 3 lines.
Rule #8
Never quit prospecting and sponsoring, just slow it down
and focus more on leadership and teaching as your
organization gets into the thousands.
Rule #9
Put preferred customers and customers on the levels
where it helps your builders qualify for the next rank.
Also where it strengthens the line. If there is no
obvious choice, put them on your second level. That’s
where you earn 10%.
Rule #10
Identify and spend time with your leaders more than
anyone else. You will need to build 5 leaders to get to
the top.
